All the Hi Miaozan liquid nitrogen fresh-locked durian pulp is carefully made from tree-ripened Grade A durians from the eastern part of Thailand. It is produced by the advanced -196°C liquid nitrogen fresh-locking technology, which can retain the original taste and nutrients of durians to the greatest extent. During the liquid nitrogen quick-freezing process, the ice crystals formed are extremely small, which greatly reduces the damage to the durian's tissue structure. As a result, there is no water loss after thawing, effectively ensuring the high quality of the durians.
Thanks to the unique advantages of the liquid nitrogen quick-freezing technology, the rich and mellow flavor as well as the sweet and alluring taste of the durians are successfully locked in. Even after thawing, the durians still have a delicate and smooth texture, with a strong sweet aroma that is not cloying at all.
